  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger fresh, grated

Instructions
 

Cook the Beef

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

  • Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

Add Vegetables

  • Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking until bright green and tender-crisp.
