  • 4 pieces chicken thighs skin-on
  • 1/4 cup honey for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard for tanginess
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Coat the chicken thighs with the honey mustard mixture, ensuring they are well-covered.
  • Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet, skin-side up, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
