Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups 230g graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup 125ml melted butter
  • 1 –2 tbsp extra melted butter if needed

For the Layers:

  • 6 extra-large Hershey’s milk chocolate bars 100–124g each
  • 4 cups 200g mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13" pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully moistened. Add more butter if needed.
  • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  • Bake crust for 8–10 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Turn off the oven.
  • Place Hershey’s bars on top of the warm crust. Return to warm oven for 1 minute to melt.
  • Cover chocolate with mini marshmallows in a single, even layer.
  • Broil for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. Watch closely!
  • Cool completely. Chill briefly for cleaner slicing, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Let the bars cool fully before slicing for neat edges. For a twist, swirl peanut butter into the chocolate layer before topping with marshmallows. These S’mores Bars are perfect for parties or rainy-day baking.
