Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 3 cup spinach packed
  • 1 medium banana peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
  • 1 cup whole frozen strawberries about 10 large/medium berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

Blend Ingredients

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed: spinach, banana, strawberries, pineapple, almond milk, and chia seeds.
    3 cup spinach
  • Blend until smooth. If you’d like a thinner smoothie, splash in a bit more milk. For a thicker consistency, add a few handfuls of ice.
  • Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight jar and refrigerate for a few hours.

Notes

This smoothie is vibrant, nutritious, and hides the taste of spinach effectively.
In my experiments, I’ve noticed adding slightly less milk yields a creamier texture.
For best results, enjoy the smoothie fresh, but it can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
