Stuffed dates with peanut butter are perfect when you crave something sweet yet not that unhealthy. Quick to make, naturally vegan and gluten-free too.

  • 10 Medjool dates pitted if necessary
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 15 g dark vegan chocolate 70% cacao, coarsely chopped
  • coarse sea salt

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • If you are using dates with stones, make a slit along each date and carefully remove the stone.
    10 Medjool dates
  • Place a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter inside each date.
  • Sprinkle each date with a good pinch of chopped chocolate and a small pinch of sea salt.
