Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potato cubes steamed and frozen
  • 1 cup banana chunks frozen
  • 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

Blend and Serve

  • Add the milk to the bottom of the blender first, then add the sweet potato cubes, frozen banana, almond butter, cinnamon, and pure maple syrup.
    2 cups sweet potato cubes, 1 cup banana chunks, 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 1/3 cups milk of choice, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into glasses and serve garnished with cinnamon
