- 1 pint pineapple sherbet, slightly softened
- 1 pint mango sherbet, slightly softened
- 1 pint orange sherbet, slightly softened
- Optional: 1 cup coconut whipped topping
- Optional garnish: shredded coconut, lime zest, maraschino cherries
Set the sherbets out for 10–15 minutes to soften slightly.
In a chilled loaf pan, alternate scoops of pineapple, mango, and orange sherbet.
Use a butter knife to swirl the layers in a figure-eight motion.
Be careful not to overmix—distinct swirls look best.
Cover the loaf pan and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Scoop with a warm spoon or ice cream scoop.
Garnish with whipped topping, coconut, or cherries if desired.
Serve immediately or store for later.
To make the Tropical Sherbet Swirl more fun, try layering it in popsicle molds for kid-friendly treats. You can also add a graham cracker crust at the bottom for a pie-style twist.
