- 16 oz angel food cake mix
- 22 oz lemon pie filling
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
- Non-stick spray or butter for greasing
- Parchment paper for easy removal
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease and line a 9x13-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
If your cake mix has two packets, whisk them together in a large bowl.
Add the full 22 oz of lemon pie filling to the dry cake mix. Stir until well combined; batter will be thick and tacky.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan using a spatula.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 60 minutes until room temperature.
Lift bars using parchment, slice, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Serve and enjoy your Two-Ingredient Lemon Bars!
For clean slices, cool completely before cutting. Want a twist? Add fresh berries to the batter before baking to turn your Two-Ingredient Lemon Bars into a fruity delight.
