- 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula. Mix slowly to keep the frosting fluffy.
Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to set, or use immediately to frost your baked goods.
Spread or pipe onto cakes, cupcakes, or cookies for a smooth and creamy finish.
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
This whipped pudding frosting is best served chilled. For a fun twist, try using chocolate or lemon pudding instead of vanill
